2. DKT Australia Disclosure

DKT Australia operates as a platform that provides the following services:

• DKT Practice Tests: Digital practice tests to help users prepare for the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) in English and other foreign languages.
• Vehicle Lessons Service: Connecting learners with third-party driving lesson providers for car and heavy vehicle lessons.

DKT Australia does not directly provide driving lessons but facilitates the connection between learners and driving instructors or lesson providers. DKT Australia is not responsible for the quality, conduct, or outcomes of lessons provided by third-party instructors.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the DKT Australia platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal details.
• Be at least [legal driving age in your state/country] to access vehicle lessons.
• Use the platform lawfully and for its intended purposes.
• Acknowledge that the DKT practice tests are simulations and may not reflect all questions or scenarios in the actual test.

4. Payment and Fees

Access to the DKT practice tests and the vehicle lesson booking service may be subject to fees, which will be clearly outlined on the website.
Payment for vehicle lessons will be handled by the third-party providers, and DKT Australia is not responsible for any payment disputes between learners and instructors.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling Fee

• If the Learner cancels or reschedules more than 24 hours before the booking, DKT Australia will issue the Learner a credit equal to 100% of the value of the booking fee.
• If the Learner cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the booking or fails to show up, the Driving Instructor will be entitled to charge the Learner 100% of the total booking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

DKT Australia acts solely as a facilitator connecting learners with driving lesson providers. DKT Australia disclaims all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur from participating in lessons or using the DKT practice tests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the DKT Australia website, including DKT practice tests, logos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Excom Services Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

DKT Australia values user privacy and complies with relevant data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Amendments

DKT Australia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
